Zair covers all types of commercial property sales and leasing in New Plymouth, with a focus on continuing his success in the industrial market. His passion for property, market knowledge and deal making ability helped him quickly develop a strong market presence. He has established himself as a top broker in his field, evident by the demand for his skills negotiating a large number of sales and leasing deals.

Zair prides himself on building strong relationships based on trust, honesty, and keeping things simple - by way of translating wants and needs into realistic workable solutions. He takes a ‘no-nonsense’ approach and has an uncanny ability to generate deals out of nothing, by way of identifying opportunities that others fail to recognise. Over the years Zair has built an extensive database system on buyers, owners, and occupiers of commercial and industrial property which he believes is a key ingredient for his success. His first six months in New Plymouth were solely dedicated to expanding this database locally.

Unlike most other brokers, Zair has a full Real Estate Agent's License and became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) in 2019.

In his spare time Zair likes to get away and has travelled to all corners of the globe including Europe, Asia, North America, Egypt, South Africa, and Cuba to name but a few. An accomplished guitarist and enthusiast for almost all sports, Zair’s most precious time is that which he spends with his wife and two young children.
