Zair is renowned for his effectiveness in the industrial property market, solidifying his position as a consistently top-performing broker through more than a decade's experience in the Wellington region. After successfully brokering in excess of 250 sales and leasing transactions, he returned to his hometown of New Plymouth in 2021. Responsible for opening and managing the Gollins Commercial Taranaki office, Zair is now buoyed by the challenge of transferring his enviable reputation into another region.

Zair remains active in the Wellington industrial market, and covers all types of commercial property sales and leasing in New Plymouth. His focus in New Plymouth is on continuing his success with industrial property, most notably in the Bell Block and Waiwhakaiho precincts. His passion for property, market knowledge and deal-making ability helped him quickly develop a strong market presence in New Plymouth, evident by the demand for something a bit different, and a lot better.

Unlike most other brokers, Zair has a full Real Estate Agent's License and became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) in 2019.

In his spare time, Zair likes to get away and has travelled to all corners of the globe including Europe, Asia, North America, Egypt, South Africa, and Cuba to name but a few. An accomplished guitarist and enthusiast for almost all sports, Zair’s most precious time is that which he spends with his wife and two young children.
