Graeme's concentration is in his speciality field of large corporate and Government sales and leasing transactions. Prior to a sabbatical Graeme consistently achieved top results in his niche market and has retained relationships with individuals he is energised to again be working with.
Prior to entering corporate sales and leasing in 2001, Graeme had more than 20 years in senior management roles and directorships. Property problem solving is a particular strength, especially resolving relocation or expansion challenges. With Gollins Commercial Graeme has the ability to discreetly work with clients on property requirements nationally.
To date, Graeme has transacted in excess of 140 deals with a value consideration exceeding $360 million.
Graeme has conducted extensive tenant representation projects for Ministry of Health, NZ Trade & Enterprise, Federated Farmers, Department of Building and Housing, Medsafe, Department of Internal Affairs, Electoral Commission, SPARC, Ministry of Justice, Transport Accident Investigation Commission, Crown Law, Weltec, Department of Justice, and Grant Thornton Wellington.
